- Sodium Alginate 2.5g
- Sodium Bicarbonate 2.67g

Indications
Milpax Antireflux- Antacid
- Gastroesophageal reflux of any etiology.
- Heartburn.
- Sequelae of stomach and cardia surgery.
- Esophagitis of any etiology.
Posology and Administration
- Adults: 1 to 2 tbsp (15-30 ml) after each meal.
- Children: 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) after each meal.
- Infants: 1 to 2 ml/kg/day divided into equal doses after each bottle.
Recommendations
- Precautions or restrictions for use during pregnancy and lactation, mutagenicity, teratogenicity and on fertility: No adverse events are known when this medicine is used in pregnant or lactating mothers, however, It should be administered in these patients under medical supervision and taking into account the risk benefit for the patient.
Effects on fertility, mutagenesis and teratogenicity have not been described. - Precautions and relationship with carcinogenic effects: No relationship with such effects.
- Precautions: As with other antacids, monitoring should be maintained in patients on low-sodium diets. At suggested doses, MILPAX® provides less than 1.5% of the 2400 mg of sodium recommended in a normal adult diet.
