Composition:
- Each 3.32 g sachet of powder contains 3.0 g of Diosmectite, excipients c.s.p.
Presentation:

Route of Administration:
- Pharmaceutical Form: Sachets with powder to reconstitute into oral suspension.
Indications:
- Acute diarrhea in children, infants, and adults, and chronic diarrhea.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to the medication.

Posology:
- Treatment of acute diarrhea. In the case of infants and children: Less than 1 year: One sachet twice a day for 3 days, then 1 sachet per day. Over 1 year: One sachet four times a day for 3 days, then one sachet twice a day. Adults: An average of one sachet three times a day. In practice, the posology could be doubled at the start of treatment. Other indications: In the case of infants and children: Less than 1 year: One sachet per day. From 1 to 2 years: One sachet one or two times a day. Over 2 years: One sachet two to three times a day. Adults: An average of one sachet three times a day.
Adverse Reactions:
- Like all medications, Fulrest® powder for oral suspension in sachets is susceptible to having undesirable effects, although not all people are susceptible to them:
- Constipation, usually yielding to a reduction in posology, but possibly in rare cases leading to discontinuation of treatment.
