Posology
- 1 capsule after each meal.
Adverse Reactions
- Minimal adverse effects have been reported, which are usually mild and of short duration and disappear without treatment.
- Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, heartburn, diarrhea, loss of appetite, pruritus, rash, insomnia, headache, dizziness, irritability, hypersensitivity to light, fatigue and common cold-like symptoms have been reported.
Precautions
- Do not administer more than the recommended dose.
- If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
- Do not administer in case of pregnancy and lactation.

Composition

- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 20 mg

- Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 8 mg
- Riboflavin base (Vitamin B2) 8 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 8 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.0010 mg.

Posology
- Adults: Take one capsule with the main meals.
Adverse Reactions
- Redness or urticaria.
Use caution in patients with biliary tract obstruction. - May cause allergies to any of its components.
Contraindications
- It is contraindicated in hypersensitivity to silymarin or any of its components.
- Acute hepatic insufficiency.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
Interactions with other Medications
- No drug interactions have been reported with silymarin. Its use with alcohol may potentiate the depressant effects of the Central Nervous System and interfere with the absorption of riboflavin and thiamine. They act as pyridoxine antagonists or increase its renal excretion. Estrogens or oral contraceptives containing them can increase pyridoxine requirements.

HEPALIVE® ORAL SOLUTION
Composition
Each 100 ml contains:
- Silymarin 80% 333.0000 mg
- B Complex
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) 1.9830 mg - Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 2.8330 mg
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5 Sodium Phosphate) 2.2600 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 0.0014 mg
Each 30 ml contains:
- 99.9 mg silymarin.

Indications
- Antioxidant agent: In cases of hepatic steatosis of any etiology: alcoholic and non-alcoholic (obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, jejuno-ileal shunt).
- As an adjuvant in the treatment of carbon tetrachloride intoxication.

- Posology: 30 ml with meals
