Composition

Each coated tablet contains:

• Itopride Hydrochloride….50.00 mg

    Presentation

• Box of 3 Blisters x 10 coated tablets each + Package Insert

    Indications

• Pridot® is indicated for symptoms of chronic gastritis and non-ulcer dyspepsia (flatulence, epigastralgia, loss of appetite, heartburn, nausea, vomiting).

    Dosage

• Usually, in adults, it is recommended to administer 150 mg/day of Itopride Hydrochloride orally, divided into 3 doses of one 50 mg tablet before main meals. The dosage should be adjusted according to age and symptoms.

    Contraindications

• Pridot® should not be used in patients where increased intestinal transit may be harmful, such as patients with gastric bleeding, mechanical intestinal obstruction, or perforation. Its use is contraindicated in patients allergic to Itopride Hydrochloride or excipients.
